3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a yacht charter, you must:

• Be of at least 18 years old
• Supply accurate and up-to-date information
• Make the required down payment as specified in your reservation confirmation
• Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is deemed confirmed only after receipt of your payment and sending of our written confirmation. We maintain the right to deny service to any individual at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability is subject to vessel accessibility and appropriate weather conditions. We pledge to make reasonable attempts to accommodate your desired dates and times.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Quoted prices are in £ and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Price points are subject to alteration without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Initial deposit: 50% of the total charter cost, payable at the time of reservation
• Remaining balance: Due 48 hours prior to charter departure
• Incidental charges (if any): Payable upon charter completion

4.3 Methods of Payment

We accept most major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques. All payments are processed using secure, encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 72 hours prior to departure: Complete refund, less any processing charges
• Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% refund
• Within 24 hours of departure: No refund provided

5.2 Weather-Related Cancellations

If the captain considers weather conditions to be unsafe, we will propose to:

• Reschedule your charter to another available date with no extra charge
• Issue a full refund if an alternative scheduling is not feasible

5.3 Technical Difficulties

In case of technical malfunctions with your designated vessel, we will strive to supply a comparable replacement. If an alternative is unavailable, a complete refund will be furnished.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Protocols

All guests are required to:

• Obey all commands given by the crew
• Utilize any provided safety gear when deemed necessary
• Declare any health conditions that could potentially impact their safety
• Stay within prescribed sections of the yacht

6.2 Banned Items

Items prohibited aboard include:

• Glass bottles
• Illegal substances
• Guns or other forms of weaponry
• Pets (unless they have been given prior authorization)

6.3 Behavior

Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner. Should passenger conduct pose a security threat or disrupts the enjoyment of others, we hold the right to terminate the charter without offering a reimbursement.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Responsibility

Our liability is confined to the payment made for your charter. We are not liable for:

• Personal injuries emanating from passenger negligence
• Theft or harm to personal belongings
• Indirect, incidental, or punitive losses
• Delays occasioned by weather or situations beyond our influence

7.2 Insurance Policies

We possess extensive marine insurance that covers our vessels and operations. It is the responsibility of passengers to secure their own travel and personal insurance coverage.

7.3 Acceptance of Risk

By engaging in our yacht chartering services, you accept that nautical activities carry inherent perils and you assume the responsibility for your safety and welfare.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Adjustments

We retain the right to amend itineraries, paths, or schedules as necessitated by climatic factors, safety considerations, or operational needs. We will make every effort to ensure a comparable alternative experience is provided.

9. Force Majeure

We will not be held accountable for delays, cancellations, or changes instigated by events outside of our control, which include but are not limited to:

• Extreme weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Regulatory edicts
• Harbor shutdowns
• Equipment malfunctions
