3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a yacht charter, you must:

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is deemed confirmed only after receipt of your payment and sending of our written confirmation. We maintain the right to deny service to any individual at our sole discretion.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Quoted prices are in £ and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Price points are subject to alteration without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial deposit: 50% of the total charter cost, payable at the time of reservation
  • Remaining balance: Due 48 hours prior to charter departure
  • Incidental charges (if any): Payable upon charter completion

4.3 Methods of Payment

We accept most major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques. All payments are processed using secure, encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours prior to departure: Complete refund, less any processing charges
  • Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Within 24 hours of departure: No refund provided

5.2 Weather-Related Cancellations

If the captain considers weather conditions to be unsafe, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule your charter to another available date with no extra charge
  • Issue a full refund if an alternative scheduling is not feasible

5.3 Technical Difficulties

In case of technical malfunctions with your designated vessel, we will strive to supply a comparable replacement. If an alternative is unavailable, a complete refund will be furnished.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Protocols

All guests are required to:

  • Obey all commands given by the crew
  • Utilize any provided safety gear when deemed necessary
