What does a typical yacht charter entail?
Each charter comes with a trained crew, safety gear, fuel, along with basic beverages and snacks. The specific amenities provided may differ based on the type of service — for instance, sunset trips provide high-end refreshments and light fare, whereas business charters may include amenities suitable for corporate events.
When should I reserve my booking?
It's advisable to schedule your booking a minimum of 2–3 weeks before your trip to secure availability, particularly in high season, which runs from May to September. For special events like corporate gatherings, booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance is recommended to ensure better availability and ample time for tailored arrangements.
What is the procedure if the weather is unfavorable?
Our chief concern is safety. Should the captain determine that weather conditions are unsafe, we will propose an alternate date for your charter or issue a full reimbursement. We consistently monitor the weather and if the outlook seems dubious, we will get in touch with you at least 24 hours prior to your departure.
Is it possible to bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Certainly, you're free to bring your own food and drinks. We do, however, offer superb catering services, tailoring menus to suit your tastes. Please note that for everyone's safety, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Do you offer yachts that are accessible for individuals with mobility challenges?
We are committed to accommodating every guest. Certain vessels provide greater features for accessibility. Should you require particular accommodations, please reach out to us during the booking process and we will suggest the best yacht for your needs and ensure proper preparations are made.
What’s the cancellation policy?
For cancellations occurring more than 72 hours in advance of departure, a complete refund is provided. If the cancellation is between 24–72 hours prior, a 50% refund is given. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure time are not refundable except in situations of inclement weather or mechanical issues attributable to us.
